Color the Picture - Boyama Ekranı

Color the Picture aims to be a safe, creative coloring space for children aged 3 and over. Everyone who uses the gallery, sharing, and community features is expected to comply with the following rules. These guidelines form an integral whole together with the Terms of Use and the Privacy and KVKK Policy.

1. Core Principle

The platform is child-focused. All shared content must be child-friendly, safe, respectful, and lawful. If in doubt, do not share.

2. Prohibited Content and Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited:

Violence, blood, horror, or themes unsuitable for children,
Sexual content, obscenity, or nudity,
Hate speech, discrimination, bullying, harassment, or threats,
Disclosure of personal information (real name, address, phone number, school, location, facial photograph),
Content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights,
Illegal, harmful, misleading, or fraudulent content,
Spam, unsolicited advertising / links, or phishing,
Attempts to upload malware or otherwise abuse the system.

3. Child Safety

Content that reveals a child’s real identity, location, or contact information may not be shared.
Attempts by adults to establish inappropriate contact with children are blocked and, where necessary, reported to the competent authorities.
Accounts may only be created by a parent / guardian aged 18 or over; child profiles are managed by the parent.

4. Moderation

All works shared in the gallery undergo administrator moderation before being made available to children. We reserve the right to withhold from publication, remove, or restrict access to content found to violate these rules. This authority is used not to restrict freedom of expression, but to protect child safety.

5. Reporting Violations and Content Removal (Notice-and-Takedown)

If you come across content that violates these rules or infringes your rights, please report it to us:

In your report, please state: the link / location of the content, the type of violation, and (for copyright / trademark infringement) a statement that you are the rights holder, along with your contact information.
Assessment: Reports are reviewed within a reasonable time (as a rule, within 3 business days).
Outcome: For justified reports, the content is removed; a warning or account sanction may be applied to the relevant user.
Counter-notice: A user whose content has been removed may send a counter-notice to the same address if they believe the removal was made in error.

6. Sanction Tiers

Depending on the severity of the violation: warning → removal of content → temporary suspension of the account → permanent closure of the account. For serious or repeated violations, a permanent sanction may be applied directly. Illegal content may be reported to the competent authorities.
